Our Story
PMS Remodeling was founded by Debbie Midling, a seasoned project manager and designer with a background in corporate leadership, marketing, and client experience. After years leading remodeling projects across Northern California, Debbie built PMS Remodeling around one core belief: homeowners deserve a trusted advocate who protects their investment and brings order to the process.
Ronelle Melton joined shortly after the company’s founding, bringing years of project management experience plus expertise in organization, closet design, and space planning. Together, Debbie and Ronelle lead a collaborative team of trusted trade partners and licensed contractors—assembling the right team for each project.
